We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

03 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

04 Subscription Plans and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — it remains active until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

05 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ScanFixGrow to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze
• Overload or disrupt websites through excessive crawling
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute our reports without written permission
• Use our service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Use automated scripts to access the dashboard outside our API

06 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ScanFixGrow — including but not limited to the software, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated suggestions — are owned by ScanFixGrow and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your website data and scan results. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission.

07 Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• We store your scan data to provide historical analysis features
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• Google Search Console data is accessed only with your explicit authorization
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time

08 Disclaimers and Limitations

ScanFixGrow provides SEO analysis tools and recommendations. We make no guarantees about:

• Specific search engine rankings or traffic improvements
• The accuracy of all third-party data (PageSpeed, GSC data)
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCANFIXGROW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

09 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:

• By you: Cancel your subscription and delete your account from account settings
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
